All new clients must book in for a consultation. Here you will be skin tested, and an exact price is given, you can then book in your desired service in with our receptionist or make any alterations to your existing appointment if you have pre-booked.

 If you do not have a skin test you will be unable to have your hair coloured and you will be charged a cancellation fee if you attend without having a skin test. 

When booking in your appointment please keep in mind that If you can no longer attend, to give at least 48 hours notice. This ensures that we are able to fill the slot with those who are patiently waiting on our cancellation list & stops our stylists from losing wages as they are all self-employed. Failure to notify at all or in less than the stated 48 hours will result in a fee being charged upon your next visit - this will be 60% of the previous appointment price.

 

Continuous no shows will no longer be rebooked with us.
